Operator — The individual or entity responsible for processing Users' personal data, being the developer and publisher of AETERNA.

Anonymized Data — Data that has been irreversibly altered so that no individual User can be identified from it.
Data provided directly by the User: When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you contact our support, we may collect any information you choose to provide in your communication.
Data collected automatically: When you use the Service, certain technical data is automatically transmitted, including operating system name and version, device type and model, app version, device language, time and date of actions, and in-app activity records (wallpapers viewed, downloaded, or saved). This data is necessary for Service maintenance and improvement.
Data received from third parties: If you authenticate via Google, we receive limited profile data (such as email address) pursuant to Google's own privacy policy. Purchase confirmation data is received from Google Play or Apple App Store following a transaction.
We do not collect sensitive data, including racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, or biometric information.
Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide the Service, manage your account, process downloads, and respond to support requests.
Legitimate interests: Processing for security purposes, Service analytics, bug identification, and improvements to user experience — provided such interests do not override User rights and freedoms.
User consent: Where we require consent for any processing purpose, such consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
We do not use your data for personalized advertising. AETERNA contains no third-party advertising.

Your account data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure located in the European Union (eu-central-1). Supabase complies with GDPR requirements.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or fulfil our legal obligations. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.
Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. All such transfers are subject to appropriate legal safeguards to ensure an adequate level of protection. Data stored via Supabase resides within the European Union and is protected under GDPR-equivalent standards.
All payments within AETERNA are processed exclusively by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment card details or financial information. We receive only a confirmation of a successful transaction and the associated product identifier. Your payment data is governed by the privacy policy of the respective platform.
AETERNA is not directed at children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a User is below the minimum required age, we will promptly delete all associated personal data.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse. No method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure, however we commit to addressing any breach promptly and in accordance with applicable law.

Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page or by notice within the app. Continued use of the Service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
